I transferred money over 5 days ago but am still waiting for unlimited access. After processing your subscription you should receive a password by email within 5 working days. Help! I signed up but the password does not seem to work. I want to change my password or personal data. You can change password or personal data yourself through our website. The system asks for a password. What do I do? The Homeworkspider worksheets are accessible for trial usage for all users. Once you want to use full functionality, you need to subscribe. After subscription you will receive a user ID/password combination by email that allows for full to access all worksheets on our site. Please click this link and retrieve your password. Your password will be mailed to you to the email address known to us. I paid by credit card or Paypal but did not receive an ID and/or password. Once we have processed your subscription we do grant access as soon as possible. Have you been waiting for more than 5 working days? Please fill out this form and we will get back to you as soon as possible. I cannot open the worksheets using Acrobat Reader. Some users encounter problems using Acrobat Reader.
